How do I to add/change the authorized person(s) who can check my camper out of camp?
When you register, there is a place to indicate who is authorized to leave camp with your camper. Only the parent/guardian who registered him/her or the individuals listed there will be able to leave with your camper. If you need to add or change those authorized people, visit the "Camper" menu button --> "My Camp Account" and log in. Then click on "Edit Registration Form", scroll down to the "Authorized Person(s) section and fill it out. Please do this for each camper listed under your account.
FINANCIAL QUESTIONS
How much is camp?
Senior Week & Junior Week cost the same ($245/camper if registered by May 31; $265/camper from June 1st to June 11th). This includes registration fees, a t-shirt, 14 meals, & canteen (refreshments) every night. The remainder of the camp cost is due on or before May 31. Campers not paid in full by this date are subject to lose their reservation and deposit to other students who are on the waiting list.
How can I pay?
You can: 1) Pay with a credit card online or 2) Pay with a check (as long as camper's $30 deposit has been paid online) and it is received by the Camp Office by May 31.
How do I pay online?
If you choose not to pay when you register, click on the menu button "My Camp Account" located under the "Campers" on the menu. From there, you can log into your account, select "Pay Bill Now", and pay your entire balance or just a portion of it.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, as long as the camper's $30 deposit has been paid online. We ask that your check arrive before May 31. Make the check out to "Camp Koinonia" with your camper's name(s) in the memo.

Click on the menu button "My Camp Account" located under the "Campers" on the menu. Log in and you can see your balance, pay an amount, and edit your registration information.
Is there a deadline for registration?
Yes. The registration deadline is May 31. It's possible you can still register up until June 6, but it depends upon our current numbers. To avoid incurring a $20 late fee, you must register before May 31st.
I missed the May 31st deadline. Can I still register?
Possibly, but you will incur a $20 late fee. Everyone that registers is placed on the waiting list before we move them into a "confirmed" status.
It's past the June 6 deadline and I can't find the registration links any more. Am I too late?
Unfortunately, yes. You can contact the camp office and get on the waitlist but you are most likely too late to come to camp.
What is your refund policy? If I need to cancel my camper's registration, can I get any money back?
Because of food, supplies, etc. that we must purchase ahead of time in preparation, we have certain policies in place. Our refund policy can be found here (on the "Important Camp Info" page). We appreciate your understanding with this.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Who puts this camp together?
Camp Koinonia is overseen by the Belton Church of Christ and is directed by their Youth & Family Minister, Bruce Beaver. Through their efforts and the support of several local churches, we are blessed to have a great staff and supporters. What is your camp like? What could I compare it to?
Camp Koinonia, in many ways, is very much like your typical summer Christian camp. The campers stay in cabins, hear evening speakers, have classes, activities, swim time, canteen, all-camp activities, and devotionals. Although some of the things we believe make Camp K stand out are our Journey Groups, our focus on the Bible, the Devo Under the Stars, and of course, the food!
Who can attend Camp Koinonia?
Camp K is for pre-teen, junior high and high school students. Boys and girls going into the 5th grade through this year's high school graduates are all eligible to attend camp. All students, regardless of religious affiliation, are welcome.Where is the Packing List / List of What to Bring?
You can find and print the Packing List, along with other important information and times, in the Camp Handbook.
